It depends in which country your target audience is. If you are in the U.S.A. then it’s hard to beat the functionality and cost of Godaddy.
For me i recommend inmotion hosting
it really depend on traffic and budget, you can try with something cheap and small but with ability to change to bigger hosting account as your site grow
